So, a while back I got the idea of making a sleeve for a soda can. A few hours and about 900 rings later, I came up with this. It fits all standard 12oz (354ml) aluminum cans. I have had lots of people express interest in these. If you have a pattern or a color combination that you really like, I can make it for you. These are all custom made, and I have none in stock. I wanted to make myself something unique, that has not been tried by anyone before. So I decided to make a metal soccer ball. I used brass and stainless steel rings in a hexagon and pentagon pattern. Its about 4-5 inches in diameter. It takes about an hour to make and attach each piece. Next one will be multicolored with each polygon a different color.
